The label printer is recommended for your office and desk to print a large quantity of labels. It comes in two modes, the Thermal Transfer or the Direct Thermal. For labels that are used in a humid environment like a cooler or a meat cabinet, the Thermal Transfer is recommended because it won't smear or fade. For dry areas then the Direct Thermal is better. The Thermal Transfer uses a special ribbon which is not needed in the Direct Thermal.
