We sell POS hardware (e.g., touchscreen monitors, receipt printers, barcode scanners), POS software (e.g., RMH, Aldelo), and accessories through our website and partner marketplaces. We also offer software installation, training, cloud-based reporting dashboards, and AI voice/chat assistants tailored to small- and medium-sized retail stores.

3. Software Licensing
SmartPOS Solutions LLC does not develop or own the third-party POS software we support. All software licenses are subject to the end-user license agreements (EULAs) of their respective owners (e.g., RMH, Aldelo). Customers are responsible for reading, accepting, and complying with those agreements. We are not liable for any changes, updates, or limitations imposed by third-party software providers.

4. AI-Powered Services
AI tools provided by SmartPOS (voice agents, chatbots, dashboards, and assistants) are designed to assist with business intelligence, automation, and customer interaction. These services are informational in nature and should not be relied upon for legal, accounting, or critical decision-making without human oversight. SmartPOS is not responsible for the output, interpretation, or actions taken based on AI-generated data.

5. Payment Processing Setup
We assist clients in connecting with third-party payment processors. SmartPOS Solutions is not a payment processor and does not guarantee approval, rates, or uptime of third-party services. By using our services, you acknowledge that:

7. Hardware Warranty and Returns
All new hardware comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, typically 1 year unless otherwise specified.

 

Refurbished items may come with limited warranties.

 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unopened and in original packaging.

A 15% restocking fee may apply. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or an error was made on our end.

8. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping on most items within the continental United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or incorrect address information.

Ongoing support covers system issues related to hardware purchased from us or supported software. Support for third-party systems not purchased through SmartPOS may incur additional fees.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartPOS Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.
